LockNet’s First Twitter Chat

Bytes from LockNet > LockNet’s First Twitter Chat

This month LockNet will be hosting our very first Twitter Chat. Social media presence is starting to gain momentum in our industry and this is an exTwitter Chat Logo With Datecellent opportunity for all of us to connect.   As you know, over the past few years LockNet has rebranded the entire company and created a presence on social media. Now that we’ve settled in to our groove we’ve decided to host our very own Twitter Chat.

What It Is:

If you haven’t had a chance to participate in one, Twitter Chats are a great way to get a conversation started with other people with similar interests in similar industries. We’re hoping to pick the brains of others and share thoughts and best practices on key systems. We’ll be using the hashtag #LockChat which will make it easy for everyone to follow along. Using the username @LockNet we’ll begin by asking the first question.  As participants respond, the conversation will start rolling.

The Twitter Chat Questions:

Also, to give everyone adequate time to prepare, we’re publishing the questions we’ll be asking ahead of time. The questions will be asked in the following order, labeled as Q1, Q2 and so on.lockchat

Q1: What kind of key system are you on and why?

Q2: What is your biggest challenge in effectively managing your key systems?

Q3: What are your feelings on core swapping? Pros? Cons?

Q4: What do you feel are the most important policies & procedures to have in place & why?

We want anyone who is interested to join in and hopefully take away some information they didn’t have before. The chat will begin on August 12th at 1:00p and run until sometime around 1:30pm. You can find us under the Twitter name @LockNet, but in the meantime if you have any questions, feel free to shoot us an email or post a comment below. As always, we love to hear your feedback so if you have something you want to add, leave it in the comments!
