SMS Communication Policy

communications conducted by LockNet, LLC, also known
as LockNet, adhere to legal and ethical standards,
protect user privacy, and maintain the integrity and professionalism of our
communications.
2. Scope This policy applies to all employees,
contractors, and affiliates of LockNet who use SMS as
a tool for communication with clients, customers, partners, and within the
organization.
3. Compliance with Laws and Regulations All SMS
messages sent must comply with applicable local, state, federal, and
international laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer
Protection Act (TCPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. User Consent
- Recipients
will be required to opt-in to engage in SMS communications.
- LockNet will always obtain prior consent from
recipients before sending promotional or non-essential SMS messages.
- Recipients
will be provided with a clear and easy way to opt-out of receiving SMS
messages at any time.

- Personal

used for the purpose it was collected for, in accordance with LockNet's Privacy Policy.
- LockNet will not disclose any personal information
obtained through SMS without explicit consent from the individual.
7. Usage Limits
- LockNet may set limits on the number of SMS messages
sent to an individual within a specific timeframe to avoid spamming.
8. Monitoring and Enforcement
- SMS
communications may be monitored to ensure compliance with this policy.
- Violations

termination of employment or contracts.
