LockNet is rebranding because we want a look and feel that parallels the renewed energy, drive, and focus at the core of our culture – we are passionate about giving you the highest level of service that you both expect and deserve. Over the last few years, LockNet has hit a few major milestones that exemplify our dedication to efficiency and high service levels:
- First National Service Provider (NSP) to provide a web portal for customers giving them access to real time status information on all work orders, customized reports, and online work order entry.
- First NSP to provide a mobile app allowing our field technicians to view and update work orders from their phones.
- Introduced a new packaging method, Tag & Bag Packaging, for our construction products that saves our general contractors one man hour per opening.
- Performed the largest access control lock installation in the USA to date, installing 3,200 locks in 4 months.
- Expanded to a customer base of 86 customers and over 105,000 active locations.
- Developed a newsletter and blog full of fresh and relevant industry information.
