technicianLockNet is fortunate to partner with some of the best technicians throughout the US and Canada.  While most jobs are fairly ordinary, some of our technicians have completed some newsworthy work.  Check out these jobs where Elaad Israeli and Ron Snivley caught national attention.

Technician Elaad Israeli Opens Susan B Anthony’s Old Safe

LockNet’s trusted technician Elaad Israeli with Precision Lock and Safe in Floral Park, NY had the honor of opening Susan B Anthony’s old safe.  Located at the National Council of Women in Manhattan, the safe had been sitting in the office unopened for at least 15 years.  Elaad manipulated the safe open in just a few minutes. Members were anxiously waiting on site and were thrilled to find old certificates of incorporation, a replica gavel, old prints, and other interesting documents.  Congrats Elaad for unlocking a unique part of history!

Owned and operated by Elaad and Dov Israeli, Precision Lock and Safe has been in business since 2007.  They specialize in safe work, particularly in opening, repairing, moving, sales, and restoration of antique safes.

Technician Ron Snivley Saves Toddler From Bank Vault

In 2011, Ron Snivley with Protection Lock and Equipment, became one of LockNet’s trusted safe technicians, rescued a 14-month old baby that was locked in a bank vault.  While the baby and her mother were visiting Grandma, who worked at the Wells Fargo in Conyers, GA, the toddler wandered off.  Unfortunately, it was closing time and she wandered into the bank vault when an employee closed it without knowing the child was inside.  Upon realizing that the child was missing, they looked at security footage and saw the little girl inside the vault.  The vault was on a time delay and was unable to be opened until the following day.

Rescue workers called technician Ron Snivley to the scene and pumped air into the vents for 4 hours while Ron went to work.  He was able to drill the vault and rescue the little girl.  Aside from being scared and needing a diaper change, the toddler was unharmed.  For Ron, it was just another day on the job, but with a much more rewarding outcome.

  1. Hey are using WordPress for your site platform? I’m new to the blog world but I’m trying to get started and set up my own. Do you need any coding expertise to make your own blog? Any help would be really appreciated!

    1. Hi Palmer!

We do use WordPress and have found it very user friendly; no coding experience is required and there are ‘plug-ings’ that allow you to do some more intricate and detailed stuff without having to get your hands dirty in HTML. Good luck with your blog 🙂
