LockNet celebrated the Christmas season yesterday with a company luncheon! Man, I will tell you, when LockNet decides to do something, we go ALL OUT. We had tons and tons of food catered in from Honey Baked Ham yesterday and we ate until our little hearts (and stomachs) were content. Despite being sleepy from all the turkey consumed, we pushed through!

The Christmas Committee did an excellent job with decorating and everyone seemed to be in the Christmas Spirit. Every year those that want to, get to participate in Secret Santa; and yesterday all the gift givers finally revealed their identities. I’m not going to lie – I’m going to miss finding little packages of my favorite goodies on my desk every morning! I’m so grateful to work at a company that takes care of their employees the way LockNet takes care of us!

As an extra little gift, each table came decorated with a little snowman or Santa Claus jar filled with candy. All the guests at the table took turns guessing exactly how much candy was in each jar. The winner not only got to take home all the candy but the decoration as well. There were some serious players in this game. Our employees don’t joke around when it comes to candy!

The most enjoyable part of the day, however, was getting to relax and spend some time with our fellow co-workers, and really that’s what this season is all about, isn’t it? It’s nice when everyone gets together and yesterday was no exception. We hope you have a wonderful holiday and are able to spend it with those you love.
