If you regularly call LockNet’s service department, you’ve likely heard a few new voices over the last few weeks and months. We’ve been ramping up staff in our Nationwide Repair and Support Department to accommodate our growing customer list – definitely a good problem to have.

Many of our technical service representatives have been with LockNet longer than I, some of them close to ten years, which means our technicians and long-time customers have had hundreds of phone calls to get to know them. Since we’re throwing curve balls your way, I thought I’d take the mystery out of the new voices you’ve been hearing.

Michael joined the team in December and has been busy watching hours and hours of locksmithing videos and reading a never-ending list of blogs and training materials to prepare for the busy day of answering service requests and dispatching technicians.
