We started off this month’s series, LockNet Gives Thanks, with an article about our favorite HR Administrator Trish Hobdy, showing all she does for LockNet and why we love her so much.
After I wrote the article I sent out some feelers to LockNet employees to see if there’s anyone else here at LockNet who makes their days a little brighter.
The response was overwhelming!
If that alone doesn’t speak for the culture at LockNet, I’m not sure what does.
It was overwhelming and incredibly inspiring to receive email after email about coworkers helping each other out.
Since we did receive so many responses we have to combine multiple employees into one blog post so we can finish this out before November is finished!
LockNet Administrative Assistant, Jessica Grimwood
First up on the list is administrative assistant, Jessica Grimwood. Jessica is the first face people see when they walk through our office doors. Her shining smile sets the tone for everyone — employee, client, contractor — as they come into the building.
She always has the best attitude and never complains. Which is why she was one of the first people I received an email about in response to my query.
Lisa Alexander, LockNet Administrative Assistant, has this to say, “ I am very thankful for Jessica Grimwood. She is dependable, friendly, and hardworking. She is very polite answering the phone. She makes sure the technician invoices are entered each day and she helps run things at the front office.”
Thanks Jessica!
LockNet Maintenance and Facility Manager, Ron Fleece
Before Ron arrived at LockNet, you could find me the day before any event running around like a madwoman trying to get together last minute items. Then, an angel in the disguise of Ron Fleece showed up and basically looked at me and said, “Chill out. I’ve got this.”
Ron is, hands down, one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met. He’s always willing to pitch in, no matter what the project entails. I’ve never seen him in a bad mood and is just incredibly pleasant to be around. Ron works hard at LockNet (doing WAY more than helping me gather items for LockNet events) and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
Katie Willie, LockNet Strategic Director of HR, said this, “He always walks around with a smile on his face and pitches in on anything. I have seen him cutting up tree limbs in crazy heat, cleaning out the back bay on weekend, and asking what else he can do to help. He’s a real joy to be around.”
Ron, we all hope you knows how much you’re appreciated.
LockNet Administrative Assistant, Lisa Alexander
Our final spotlight for the day is someone we can ALL say embodies the LockNet culture.
She’s funny, enthusiastic, and goes out of her way to help anyone with anything she can.
Lisa Alexander, Administrative Assistant, always seems to put others before herself and all of our LockNet parties had a little less pizzazz before she arrived. Lisa works tirelessly every day to make sure technician invoices are complete, office supplies are ordered, and phones are answered —among a multitude of other things.
Katie Willie is one of the many who appreciates Lisa’s hardworking nature. She said, “Lisa has such a wonderful sense of humor and enthusiasm. She goes above and beyond to help out and is incredibly thorough and diligent.”
LockNet is so lucky to have so many great employees and it’s important we let them know that they’re hard work never goes unnoticed.
Are you interested in joining the LockNet family? We have positions available now so check them out and see if there’s anything you like. We would love to hear from you!
