November is here!

A common November tradition is for people to list all of the things they’re thankful for on social media and in personal journals.

Here at Locknet we thought it would be a perfect time to share more about some of the employees we’re incredibly grateful to have as part of our team.

For the rest of this month we will celebrate #LockNetGivesThanks, a chance for us to shout out some of the amazing people who make this company successful.  

LockNet Celebrates Trish Hobdy

Not only do our team members do awesome things, while on the job, they also are really dynamic people when they aren’t working.

Today’s feature employee exemplifies that fact. Trish Hobdy, our human resources administrator,  has been with LockNet for almost a year. While only a short time, LockNet has only improved since she walked through those doors on her first day..

Trish genuinely loves helping people in a way that shines through in everything she does.

She’s an advocate for employees, a listening ear when needed, and always ready to hear a good story or have a laugh.

In short: we all love Trish!

This is why we were thrilled to learn she had been chosen as Sullivan University’s Alum of the Month last month for October.

A Shining Example for Many

Trish graduated from Sullivan University with both Associate of Science in Business Management and her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Leadership.

Even though she’s not in school anymore, she has a never-ending love for learning and puts a big focus on the importance of continuing your education throughout your career.

A Focus on Lifelong Learning

After Trish arrived at LockNet one of the very first projects she tackled was to set up an employee library. In the library, we can check out books filled with information on improving relationships at work, honing our skills to improve time management, and more.

It’s inspiring to see Trish work with the employees at LockNet and everyone here sings her praises on a consistent basis.

She makes LockNet a better place to work and for that, we’re thankful.
