To the few trade shows I’ve been to, I’ve always had the pleasure of seeing all of the cool displays from some of our customers. ASSA ABLOY never disappoints at trade shows or when they bring out the ASSA ABLOY Innovation Fleet.
Last Friday we were lucky enough to have the ASSA ABLOY Innovation Fleet come to LockNet for a visit!

Not only did they bring a ton of donuts from Doughdaddy’s, which is actually enough to make me love anyone forever, they stuck around for a few hours to let all of the employees have a look at what they have on display in the truck.
The weather was perfect for everyone to venture out, even though it wouldn’t have really mattered because all of the cool stuff was inside the truck.
We’ve had a great relationship with ASSA ABLOY for years and we’re so grateful when they take time out of their day to let the employees here take a hands-on approach to learning about their latest products.
While the truck is pretty big, you wouldn’t expect it to hold as many items as it did! Here’s a list of what was in the truck:
- Mechanical locks and keys
- Keypad locks for home and office
- Offline locks and eCylinders with audit trail functions
- Locks that connect to an IP network through WiFi and Ethernet connections
- Open-architecture Integrated Wiegand locks and strikes that operate off third-party software
- Campus security locks in offline, IP, and WiFi configurations
- Intelligent doorway components—locks, power operator, electric strike, credential reader, switch—that connect, communicate, and continuously relay their status to a security network
We were so happy ASSA ABLOY took time out of their day to come out hang out with the employees at LockNet.
