LockNet Employee Spotlight – John Dix

Employee Spotlight > LockNet Employee Spotlight – John Dix

If you remember, a few months ago I introduced a new monthly segment in which we’ll spotlight one of the many new faces of the LockNet team.

The intent is to provide a fun insight into the people we work with every day and you talk to on a regular basis. Or maybe, you’re not one of the hundreds of people that call the service department – it’s still a fun insight into the behind the scenes happenings of LockNet.

Trust me when I say, it takes A LOT of people to make our operations run smoothly.

It’s time once again, to put someone in the hot seat and get to know a new member of the LockNet Nationwide Repair & Support Department; on the list for today – John Dix.

John joined the team in February of 2013 and has quickly become a familiar voice for the many customers and technicians he speaks to on a daily basis.

I’ll admit, I don’t have much daily interaction with our service department, but on any of my few trips over, John is always one of the first people to volunteer to help or answer my questions.

The questions all come from the “Picking Your Brain for the Greater Good” employee questionnaire, but it never ceases to amaze the, the vast difference in people’s responses and how they interpret a question.

Now that the formalities are out of the way, it’s on to the interesting part; what makes him tick after he punches the clock?
